Dirk Watters - Real Estate Growth Hacker

I am a Real Estate Investor from San Diego, California. I have extensive experience on the investment side of Real Estate and, for the past several years, I've worked on high-end residential renovations projects throughout Orange County. I have also helped to create creative solutions for distressed sellers in San Diego County. Real estate runs in my family, my father is a commercial developer who has worked in New York, Detroit, Orlando, and D.C. Because of this, I've has had the benefit of being around and learning about the development side of the business. I have lived all over the country and attended school at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. When it came time to settle on a place to live long term it was an easy decision for me. I love everything about living in San Diego. I enjoy the hiking, surfing, golf, visiting breweries, the ocean and of course college football. On Wisconsin!
