Career Background Before launching his career as a Realtor, Ryan worked in the building industry for over 15 years. He founded an electrical contracting company that grew to over 2 million in annual sales. He then to his experience to the next level as a contractor of high-end custom homes. After selling this business, Ryan began to pursue another passion, internet marketing, and today is recognized by Google as an expert in the field. He co-authored one book, SEO and PPC Unleashed which is a must read for any business owner who wants to gain a deep understanding of online marketing. Recently Ryan and Sondra published a second book, Luxury home Sales For The Digital Age which teaches his internet savvy to other Realtors looking to propel their business to new levels. Sondra is a Feng Shui consultant. Who has helped her clients achieve success through the art or Feng Shui. Through a rigorous standard of testing and evaluation, she achieved membership into the Feng Shui guild, as a Red Ribbon professional. Harmonizing one’s physical environment is a complex science and one that Sondra has embraced. Today she applies this knowledge to their home staging process to achieve the right energetic balance, increasing a property’s overall marketability and perceived value. She is a passionate student and leader empowering those around her to live powerful, purposeful lives.

Ryan started out his career serving his country in the US Navy, after four years he was honorably discharged and started an electrician service company in Salt Lake City, Utah. By implementing new models for improvement and systematizing his business, Mr. Harper found rapid success over his competition, achieving triple-digit growth through 2006. A major milestone for growth was breaking the 7 digit revenue threshold. Shortly afterward Ryan sold this business (in 2007 great timing) and moved to Dallas Texas. Upon arriving Mr. Harper founded and launched a technology company that allows the default voices in Garmin and TomTom GPS units to be changed to celebrity voices. Utilizing his new found knowledge of online marketing he propelled his company to the front of the search engines. Ryan is a Google certified adWords specialist, simply put, Google has recognized Mr. Harper as an expert when it comes to utilizing Pay Per Click marketing on the revered Google network. This lead to business owners and online marketers asking if we could duplicate our lead generating and conversion strategies for their companies. Currently Ryan sits on the Advisory Board for Yoga International, and the Alive and Healthy Institute.
