Allison Gaddy

llison Gaddy is the Founder and Creative Producer at Elemental Creative. Allison’s passion began when she left her successful positions in the finance and sales world to create her first entrepreneurial venture. It was through the process of building, and subsequently selling this venture that she realized her passion and natural talent for identifying a need, creating a vision, cultivating it, and subsequently implementing it and turning it into a successful business enterprise and seeing it though to sale. Educated and established in a world of banking, finance and sales but with a deep love for film and storytelling, Allison soon found that she could use her proven ability to identify and nurture talent, and to lead an idea to success within the creative and inspiring world of filmmaking – Once she discovered this, she knew that she had connected with her life long passion - filmmaking. Since that moment, she set on a path that would eventually lead her to earn her Masters degree from the prestigious Peter Stark Producing program at USC and to become a producer. As a producer, Allison is able to utilize her God given analytical skills to get into the minds of her collaborators to fully comprehend how to best approach a project, all the while cultivating the creativity of the people around her, using her natural empathy to understand their needs, and how to answer those needs for each project to be a success. Allison’s instincts for business and people are an invaluable tool that allow her to successfully navigate amongst talent and executives alike, while her ability to use her practical brain in a world of creativity permits her to guide and generate material that has increased commercial appeal, focusing talent and practicality all in one place. This is her true asset to the business. This was her inspiration to create Elemental Creative.
