This funnel was designed to attract clients to my wife's business coaching practice. The book offer on page one is a free plus shipping offer for her first book which helps clients in attracting new customers to their businesses. The book creates a sense of authority and the prospect's only cost is the postage cost of $9.95. The book costs about $5-6 to print so they is the OTO on the second page to try and break even overall.
The second page is a OTO for a 90% discount on her Online Business Coaching program with the right to cancel at any time. If they proceed they then go to the Order Confirmation page and I designed two thank you pages as prospects went to another site to sign up for the online coaching program. If you wish to have buyers go to a separate site then email me and I will advise how to set up.

Optin Page
The optin page has a two stage optin form and is set up as a free plus shipping format for a book. This screen shot shows the client video testimonials and includes most of the original text to give you an idea of what I used and was successful. Just add you main video and testimonial videos and written testimonials.
OTO Page
This page contains much of the original copy and images which you can use if you would like to. I would suggest to change the copy a little but it is there to give you ideas.
