Car Dealership Review Funnel

Car Dealership Review Funnel

5 pages 0 emails

Reviews are important for your car dealership and this funnel helps you increase your ratings online by filtering customers before they ever post a review. By sending all customers to this funnel first, you can filter out bad reviews before they are ever directed towards posting on a review platform that matters to you. Step One - A customer is asked to give a rating by clicking on an emoji that matches how they feel about the service they received. Step Two - If that customer selects an emoji showing they were not satisfied, then they are directed to a page asking them for more info about how they felt about the service. This will allow you to learn from your mistake, but they will never be promoted to post a review for you on any online review platform. Step Three - If the customers choose of emoji indicates they were happy with the service, then they will be prompted to review your service on platforms of your choice in exchange for a free gift! Step Four - No matter if a good or bad rating is given, the customer is offered a free gift for posting their review. This can be something like a free oil change, or a gift certificate.
