Buyer lead capture form is just like the seller lead capture form so we keep that simple, sleek and compelling look. As soon as seller puts their contact information into the form they will automatically get the thank you page and then the seller lead will be added to the 5 day seller email campaign
Slider (for optin page pics)
The slider requires custom html and CSS for the 7 pictures you see rotating on the optin page. Here is the download link for the html, CSS code and pics. http://bit.ly/2dyh3r3 It really is best that you replace the image links in the CSS code with images of homes you uploaded in click funnels. If you are in real estate you know that each neighborhood is hyper local and has different homes in the neighborhood (ie if your target market is craftsman make sure you replace the pics with craftsman homes. Or if your target market is condo and lofts make sure the pics have only condos and lofts). Be authentic and have pics that represent your neighborhood and/or farm. The more your homes match your target market the better off you will be. This slider is set for 7 pictures. You can add more pics or decrease the pics by going into the html custom code and adjust the slider by adding or deleting pics +/- by adding or deleting your (if you'd like to know more about the JS slider you should check out the Bearded Guru's video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQ5rTrNaZ9s&feature=youtu.be.)
Automation
In Automation on each respective page (Buyer page and Seller page) there are 6 follow up emails for buyers and 6 follow emails for sellers. Below is the email schedule for each Buyers Email #1 (set to immediately) Email #2 (set to 1 day) Email #3 (set to 2 days) Email #4 (set to 3 days) Email #5 (set to 4 days) Email #6 (set to 5 days) Sellers Email #1 (set to 1 hour) Email #2 (set to 1 days) Email #3 (set to 2 days) Email #4 (set to 3 days) Email #5 (set to 4 days) Email #6 (set to 5 days) The duration of the campaign is set for 5 days but you can stretch it out to 7 days or longer you simply need to go to the "Automation" tab and adjust the days for each email. **Make sure to go into each email in the buyer and seller automation tab and insert your logo, company name, signature and phone number where indicated in the emails. ***Make sure to check your pre-headers as well as a few have [Insert company name]

- Can I use your funnel for my clients?
- Yes absolutely! All we ask is that you repurchase this funnel for each client you are using this funnel for.

- Does the funnel have meta tags?
- All pages have general meta tags filled out. It's best if you go in and edit for your niche and/or your hyperlocal market (ie if you do REOs or short sales or sell in a country club in in a specific neighborhood) make sure to add to the meta tags with your specific keywords.
- Does your funnel have a favicon
- Yes. Currently the favicon is just a placeholder. You can keep the placeholder or use your own. You can make your own free favicon at http://www.favicon-generator.org/.
- Does the funnel have social media links?
- On each follow up buyer and seller email there are facebook and twitter links at the bottom of the email. Currently the links are set for http://wwwfacebook.com and http://www.twitter.com Make sure to edit each email with your facebook and twitter link
- Any links in the buyer and/or seller emails?
- Yes. In Seller email #2 you need to include the url for your company’s marketing strategy.
- What about email integration?
- SMTP integration is set up for Sendgrid. You will need to insert your smtp in the funnel settings AND in EACH buyer/seller email
