-Page 4: You confirm to your prospects that you received the form and you request them to book a time with you.
-Page 5: a separate page for payment. Once they accept your coaching program, you can send them this page to fill with their payment details or you fill it for them on the phone.

- How can I insert a video?
- The easiest way is to insert a youtube video. For advanced users, you can insert it from Vimeo, Wistia, EasyVideoSuite or HTML5.
- How can I add an automatic scheduler?
- It is easy. You can subscribe to any automated scheduler (like calendy or scheduleonce...) and insert the link in page 4 as indicated in the video.
- How can I add an application form?
- There are several ways to insert an application form. The easiest one is to make a google form (it is free) and embed it in page 3. Email me if you have any more question on that.
- Can I change the text/images?
- Yes, absolutely. All texts and images are editable.
- How can I capture the prospect emails?
- You need to integrate your account with an email autoresponder like Aweber, Mailchimp, getresponse etc. Or you use Actionetics of Clickfunnel (My favorite).
